Offering tolerances of 0.5%, the latest addition to Rohm's family of miniature extended-temperature chip resistors will suit high-precision automotive, industrial and consumer applications where space is a limiting factor.
Rohm's new high-precision MCR01 thick-film rectangular chip resistors are available with resistance values from 100ohm to 910kohm in the E24 series with a temperature coefficient of 100ppm/C.
The devices are supplied in miniature 0402 (1005) size packages and can be used with voltages of up to 50V.
Ideally suited to industrial systems and other applications that are designed for harsh environments, the new 0.5% tolerance MCR01 devices will operate at temperatures of between -55 and +125C.
Power ratings o up to 1/16W are guaranteed at temperatures of up to 70C.
The new resistors are fully compatible with automated pick-and-place systems and are supplied in tape-and-reel format.
