Rittal, Eplan and Phoenix Contact plan new events
This year, Eplan, Phoenix Contact and Rittal will host a series of live seminars suitable for panel and system builders and automation and process-design engineers.
The seminars will provide an insight into how to avoid pitfalls in system design and construction by using integrated intelligent software and hands-on system-build techniques.
The benefits of time and cost reduction will be fundamental to the event and will lead to increased profitability.
Eplan specialises in computer aided engineering (CAE) software for the design of electrical control and automation systems, providing fast and error-free designs of electrical schematics with automatic cross references and wiring.
Phoenix Contact is a global developer and manufacturer of electronic interface and industrial-automation technology.
Rittal will show its new enclosure platform approach to system building, which offers simplicity and flexibility by utilising common internal parts and accessories.
The day will start with a live demonstration of the problems encountered due to poor system design.
It will move through the design, calculation and planning process.
Following on will be a further live demonstration of marking systems and time-saving terminal wiring and DIN rail assembly.
The conclusion will be a live demonstration of how the problems highlighted at the start have been eliminated using intelligent design and calculation.
Places are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Events will be held in Brentwood on 12 May, Bristol on 13 May, Washington on 26 May, Motherwell on 27 May, Rotherham on 2 June and Telford on 24 June.
To register, email details of attendees and preferred venue to Phoenix Contact.
