Repic hosts free workshops for councils
Repic is running another series of workshops to provide councils with an update on the current WEEE legislation and a forum to feedback experiences and explore opportunities going forward.
The workshops began at the beginning of September and are touring around the UK.
Dr Philip Morton, chief executive of Repic, said: 'Repic is keen to continue working closely with councils to provide them with an opportunity to share their experiences, help them understand the options open to them, particularly in light of the recently published further guidance.' The workshops will follow the remaining schedule: 23 September, Cardiff Bay; 24 September, Stratford; 25 September, Wakefield; 30 September, Newcastle; 1 October, Edinburgh; 2 October, Glasgow Airport; 7 October, Aberdeen; 8 October, Warrington.
