A team of experienced IC design engineers has joined forces under the brand name Recardis to create innovative design solutions for developers of complex integrated systems like ASICs, SoCs and FPGAs. Regtify is a flexible and highly customisable framework for management and automated implementation of register maps in large integrated systems, eg circuits for telecommunications and controllers. Supported by a powerful GUI, Regtify allows system engineers to efficiently define and inspect their systems' register structures.

IC design engineers maintain their individual register implementation concepts and topologies based on VHDL components and templates.

Regtify will use both system level information and hardware description to rapidly assemble and generate all register maps and accompanying documentation.

Special purpose files, eg for software integration, are generated based on user definitions.

The desktop GUI can display various representations of register data.

Regtify is currently available for Solaris and Linux.

An HP-UX version is planned for June 2004.
