American Industrial Systems (AIS) has introduced an operator panel PC line for industrial automation and PLC control.

The HMI panel PCs feature the Intel Atom processors and provide fanless, reliable performance with minimal power consumption.

The industrial LCD panel PC supports the latest Windows 7 operating systems.

The PC control systems are available in 8.4 to 19in dimensions and are touchscreen enabled, giving users a HMI terminal for operators to monitor, control and program data into the system.

The all-in-one PLC terminals are pre-designed and are available in several configurations for drop-in replacement or new deployment applications.

The AIS embedded PCs feature a rugged-steel housing and have the available options of an IP65 sealable aluminium bezel for water/dustproof protection.

Several additional mechanical designs are also available, providing additional options to mounting and integration.

The fanless Intel Atom Processor provides an excellent cost/performance ratio and exemplary reliability in the field.

Additional options for AIS's industrial-grade panel PCs include sunlight-readable transflective films, privacy films, touch screens, wide voltage-range boards, Power over Ethernet (PoE), wide temperature-range modules, and shock/vibration enhancements.
