Crighton becomes new CEO
Prism Sound has appointed Ian Crighton to the position of Chief Executive Officer
Prism Sound has appointed Ian Crighton to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with effect from 5th December 2005. Crighton joins the company from National Instruments, where he achieved spectacular business growth over the past five years as Managing Director - UK and Ireland. His specialist background is in sales and marketing, having enjoyed previous success as an Area Sales Manager, rising to become UK Sales Manager in 1997.

Following four years' technical training and education at the UK Atomic Weapons Research Establishment, Crighton followed a developing career in engineering and sales with scientific instrument manufacturers.
He joined National Instruments in 1989 and, with a small startup team, pioneered the growth of its highly successful computer-based LabView test product range in the UK market.
Commenting on his appointment, Prism Sound's Chairman Martin Jones says: 'I'm absolutely delighted that Ian has joined us as CEO'.
