Powersolve's WM Series of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) is designed for use in industrial and commercial applications where a wall-mounted unit is required to withstand dust and moisture.

WM Series units provide up to 1.5kVA of constant, reliable power from an input voltage of 115 or 230VAC and offer a range of selectable outputs from 100 to 240VAC.

Powersolve has used an online double-conversion topology to provide a high-integrity AC power source with zero transfer time to battery in mains-failure conditions.

The design also protects the load against noise and transients.

Up to four battery strings can be incorporated, giving 43 minutes hold up at 1.5kVA and more than two hours at 600VA.

10-year-life batteries are also available as an option.

WM Series units incorporate many standard and optional features designed to make them easy to use and come ready for use straight out of the box.

Remote emergency power-off is incorporated, making WM series units suitable for hazardous environments.

A backlit LCD display provides information on a number of parameters including input voltage, output voltage and frequency, battery voltage and load.

Each unit is supplied with Xprotect software as standard and covers all Windows-based platforms.

Xprotect offers all of the functionality of standard shutdown packages with some additional features for remote monitoring and control.

Monitoring is achieved locally via RS232 or remotely via a connected network.

WM1500 systems are specified for use over the operating temperature range of -10 to 40C.

They also meet all current and appropriate EMC and safety requirements.

Depending on the number of batteries specified, cabinet dimensions range from 410 x 130 x 545mm to 765 x 240 x 620mm and weighs from 12 to 75kg.
