Powersolve has added to its wide-ranging AC/DC convertor offering with the addition of the LPS250 and LPQ250 Series, both of which can be specified with end or top fan covers. With either fan cover, each will give up to 250W and the power supply is also available without a fan for requirements where external fan cooling is provided. Four single output models are available with very wide output adjustment enabling any voltage between 3 and 48V to be selected.

There are two quad output versions with either 5V and +/-12V or 5V and +/-15V with a fourth floating and adjustable output of 5-25V DC.

Both series offer active power factor correction, compliance with EN61000-3-2 and an integral EMI filter.

As well as meeting all relevant international safety standards, both also offer a wide range of output voltages from an input range of between 85 to 264V AC.

Two supervisory outputs of +5 and +12V are also incorporated.

The power supplies also feature power fail and DC OK signals, remote sense and remote on/off.

All models are fully overload, overvoltage and overtemperature protected.

MTBF is calculated at more than 550,000 hours at full load and operating temperature range is from 0 to 50C.
