Prototypes, new product introductions and low volume PCB assemblies, present a challenge to manufacturing test engineers - especially when producing complex board assemblies in relatively low volumes. In situations where it is uneconomical to produce conventional ATE test fixtures, the new GRS500 from Polar is dedicated to helping production and test engineers maximise yields of fully functioning assemblies. By using flying probe technology, and extracting program positioning and net data from over 20 popular CAD formats, the GRS is designed to help provide diagnostic information, even before power is applied to boards.

The Polar GRS500, is flexible, fast to program, and provides skilled technicians with a powerful selection of tools for assisting in the diagnostic process.
