According to Ophir RF, the Model 5156 is the only 500W solid-state power amplifier with a frequency band of 0.8-2.5GHz
Designed for TWTA replacement in military and automotive EMC RF immunity testing, the Model 5156 exhibits superior linearity, gain flatness and noise figure compared with a TWTA amplifier. This solid-state amplifier provides linear P1dB power of 400W, small signal gain of +58dBm, gain flatness of +/-2dB and a low noise figure of +15dB.
