Award recognises 65% growth by Flint

Omron Components has presented Flint with a special award in recognition of its unprecedented growth between 2003 and 2004. Flint achieved a massive 65% growth on the Omron franchise between FY 2004 and FY 2003, a period in which the market itself exhibited single digit growth. Commenting, Alex Grout, Omron Components Business UK Distribution Manager, said: 'Since the formation of Flint Distribution as a focused business within the Flint Group, our relationship at every level has grown from strength to strength, and in particular at a local level the co-operation is exceptionally effective'.
