French focus for Dyckmans
Omron Components Business Europe has appointed Francois Dyckmans as Sales Division Manager - France, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for Europe, Nigel Blakeway
The company has also opened a new Central Europe office in Munich, Germany. Commenting on the appointment, Nigel Blakeway said: "Francois brings to Omron a long and successful track record in the European components market, with a specific focus on the French region. His experience has involved him in many market sectors, and both EMS and the distribution sales channels".

Dyckmans joins Omron from Rohm, where he held the position of Managing Director of Rohm Electronics (France) and President of Rohm LSI Systems France.

The opening of the new office follows the formation by Omron of a global business unit dedicated to its growing electronic components business.
