Circulars gain audible proof of locking
ODU's new Mini-Snap L series push-pull connector for power and signal has a locking finger system that provides cost savings of up to 25% compared with conventional designs
Furthermore, the design also has fewer assembly components for this type of connector resulting in quick, easy and economical cable assembly. Added to the Mini-Snap circular connector range, that includes both metal and plastic-bodied variants, the new L series locking design gives a tactile, positive feel and audible indication of locking when connected; and the contoured housing provides good finger grip.

Socket speeds automotive upgrades
Compact springwire 'flat socket' connector can be plugged on 0.64mm square pins, which are frequently found in automotive electronics
This makes it ideal for 'blind' mating applications on a wide range of electronics and electrical equipment.
Sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and six are available, outer diameters ranging from 6.5 to 42mm, and more than 50 insert patterns are available to suit differing wiring and connection requirements.
In common with other connectors in the Mini-Snap range this component is compatible with standard products from other manufacturers, important when switching from one supplier to another during ongoing production.
