Bosch acquires Nyquist
Nyquist, a provider of industrial motion-control systems for machines such as those used in the medical-equipment manufacturing industries, is to become part of Bosch Rexroth
With effect from 31st October 2005 the Bosch Group will take over the producer of drive and control technology, Nyquist. The company will be assigned to Bosch Rexroth organisationally. The achieved sales of Bosch Rexroth are approximately Eur 4.1 billion (2004 figures) with 26,400 employees.
