A new low noise amplifier has been designed to not only deliver an extremely low noise figure but also have high gain and a high intercept point across a very wide frequency band

These amplifiers can be used in a variety of applications including communication suites, TV, high performance receivers and ultra-low-noise RF front-ends. The HILNAG2V1 has a typical gain of 40dB and operates in a usable frequency range of 50MHz to 1.5GHz. Input to the device is 5 to 30V DC with an internal regulator.

Additionally, reverse voltage protection is included in the design.

These amplifiers achieve a typical third intercept point of +32dBm.

These unique low noise amplifiers are housed in an extruded aluminium enclosure with an option for mounting lugs built in.

Even more, the HILNAG2V1 is available in an OEM subassembly (board only) version with mounting holes.

Pricing starts at $307.
