Fingerprint solution secures PC systems: News from Nu Horizons Electronics Corp

Nu Horizons Electronics Corp is to distribute a range of biometric fingerprint hardware and software products from UPEK. The new agreement, effective immediately, encompasses UPEK's full range of end-to-end solutions for customers, including silicon fingerprint sensors, biometric algorithms, companion processors and application software. UPEK's complete biometric solutions offer the security of fingerprint authentication with convenience at the tip of a finger to integrate into a wide range of applications, such as notebook PCs, mobile devices, logical access, physical access and government ID programs.

UPEK's TouchChip advanced biometric technology provides accurate, high quality images critical for creating secure customer systems.
