The NML series of multilayer chip inductors from NIC Components Europe has been designed specifically for high frequency applications

The devices are available in space saving 0402 and 0603 case sizes and can be supplied with lead-free terminations if required. With inductance values ranging from 1.0 to 120nH for 0402 case sizes, and 1.5 to 220nH for 0603, the NML series is ideal for use in a wide range of wireless communications applications including WLANs, HiperLAN, Wi-Fi 802.11g, WiMAX 802.16, UWB, Bluetooth, telematics, PCS, LMDS and cellular.

All devices have a tight tolerance rating of D (0.3nH) and J (5%) and a maximum DC current rating of 300mA.

High Q and self-resonant frequency (SRF) characteristics are further key elements of the NML series' specification.

Operating temperature range is -40 to +85C.

Tape and reel packaging for automatic pick and place is standard for all parts.
