Deutsche Telekom has selected the NetTest Impact ISDN call data analyser, a performance analysis solution, for protocol monitoring. Impact ISDN is a performance analysis solution that analyses call data records (CDRs) in real time. The CDRs are generated from information captured on ISDN links and contain specific parameters concerning each call.
The results of the analysis are presented in more than 100 reports, graphs and datasheets.
Network operators can quickly access records concerning network and service usage, traffic load, failures, quality and fraud indications.
"The Deutsche Telekom has relied on NetTest solutions since 1998 and the fact that they have now selected Impact ISDN further strengthens NetTest's position as a leading world-wide provider of testing, monitoring and management solutions for top telecommunications companies.
This solution integrates years of field experience in call analysis, providing network operators with a vital tool to optimise performance and increase revenues", says Thomas Jensen, Director of Product Marketing, NetTest.
