After celebrating the success of its 2008 show, National Electronics Week (NEW) has now turned its attention towards 2009.

Event director Claire Jeffreys has confirmed that NEW 2009 will extend its scope of coverage.

Being held at London's Earls Court 2 over 16-18 June, the 2009 show will launch dedicated environments for production/EMS, test, solar/PV, wireless, embedded systems and components.

Dividing the floorplan into colour-coded sectors for different industries, the initiative will enable exhibitors and visitors to make the most of every opportunity for learning, discovery, business and networking.

There will also be confirmed international pavilions from Singapore, China and Taiwan.

Confirmed exhibitors include Juki, Mydata, Parkheath, Pace, XJtag, Lambda, Anders, EFD and Ansmann.
