Nassda Corp has priced its initial public offering of 5 million shares of common stock at $11.00 per share.

Nassda Corp has priced its initial public offering of 5 million shares of common stock at $11.00 per share.

Nassda shares commenced trading on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol "NSDA" on 13th December 2001.

All 5 million shares are being offered and sold by Nassda.

The offering is being managed by Robertson Stephens and comanaged by SG Cowen Securities Corporation and UBS Warburg.

In addition, the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of Common Stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any.

Net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including funding Nassdaûs operations, working capital, capital expenditures, investments and potential acquisitions of complementary businesses, products and technologies.
