True blue LEDs offer medical advantages
TSB true blue LEDs use the most recent innovation in InGaN/SiC technology
The die improvement to Cotco's High Brightness LED family greatly enhances the performance and the ability to obtain a 'true blue' wavelength required for a variety of medical applications. The process combines highly efficient InGaN materials with a silicon carbide (SiC) substrate in a geometrically enhanced vertical chip structure, to maximise total light extraction.
