Freescale Semiconductor has announced preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2006 Highlights for the quarter and full-year include: net sales of US $1.62 billion for the fourth quarter 2006; full-year 2006 net sales of $6.36 billion; fourth quarter 2006 EBITDA of $401 million or 25% of net sales; and full-year 2006 EBITDA of $1.63 billion or 26% of net sales
