Pixim joins the MoSys 1T-SRAM fan club
Pixim has licensed MoSys' advanced 1T-SRAM memory technology for integration in its imaging products
MoSys' 1T-SRAM technology will allow Pixim to integrate high density embedded memory blocks into its advanced imaging semiconductor components, enabling the production of dramatically smaller and more cost effective digital video and still cameras for commercial and consumer applications. "MoSys' 1T-SRAM memory offers unique performance, density and power benefits that are best suited to Pixim's imaging product requirements", said Robert Siegel, vice president of marketing and business development at Pixim.
