Monterey Design Systems will demonstrate the industry's only system-driven physical design (SDPD) solution for complex ASIC and system-on-chip design at the Electronic Design and Solution Fair 2002. The exhibition will take place at the Pacifico Yokohama Exhibition Hall in Yokohama, Japan on 24th and 25th January 2002.
Monterey's SDPD, composed of the IC Wizard hierarchical design planner, the Sonar physical prototyper and the Dolphin physical implementation system will be featured in the Soliton Systems booth (DT-904).
IC Wizard will also be shown in the Tokyo Systems Laboratories booth (DT-112).
IC Wizard provides top-down hierarchical design planning and chip implementation technology.
Sonar provides physical prototyping capability that enables rapid validation of design planning directives and early pre-implementation signoff.
Dolphin automatically implements the final layout of the individual blocks and of the full chip, achieving rapid, predictable design closure.
