Vittori takes control
Wendy Vittori is the newly appointed Vice President and General Manager of Motorola Computer Group
Vittori, an accomplished executive in the technology sector with a global background in both business management and the hardware and software embedded computing industries, joins Motorola Computer Group, effective immediately. Prior to joining Motorola, Vittori served as President and CEO of OmegaBand, a high performance server I/O products company based in Austin, Texas.

Previously, Vittori spent 13 years at Intel Corp, where she held various increasingly responsible senior management positions.
Most recently, she was General Manager of Intel's Storage Components Division (formerly the I/O and Bridges Division), a role in which she started the new division to develop embedded solutions for the storage industry, and built the business to a leading market share position.
Additional Intel experience includes a leadership role in the formation of Intel's server business as the Director of Operations for its Enterprise Server Group.
Vittori holds undergraduate degrees from Radcliffe College, an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, and has completed doctoral coursework in strategic management and entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School.
She currently resides in the Phoenix area and will work at Motorola Computer Group's headquarters in Tempe.
