A new space-saving system takes audio and video signals onto a PCB using the minimum of board area while maintaining signal integrity Using the new 3M connectors from Micromark C and CD, signals sourced from BNC type connectors on a backplane can be terminated either to a Monosignal mini coaxial PCB connector for permanent attachment to the board, or to a header (either standard or shielded controlled impedance) to give a detachable connection
