TZero Technologies has taken a licence for the MIPS32 24Kc processor core, delivering 400-625MHz and 567-900 Dhrystone 2.1 MIPS in TSMC 0.13-micron processes.
TZero Technologies, a developer of ultrawideband (UWB) chipsets and solutions, has taken a licence for the MIPS32 24Kc processor core, the embedded industry's highest-performance 32bit synthesisable core, delivering 400-625MHz and 567-900 Dhrystone 2.1 MIPS in TSMC 0.13-micron processes TZero is using the 24Kc core in its flagship product, a CMOS UWB chipset designed to deliver long-range and highly reliable broadband wireless connectivity for consumer electronics, mobile and networked devices
