To date, more than 100 licenses have been completed for the industry-standard MIPS architectures and cores since MIPS Technologies became publicly traded. Leading OEMs and semiconductor companies, such as AMD, Atheros, Broadcom, LSI Logic, PMC-Sierra, Sony and Zoran, are developing innovative MIPS-based products for high-growth markets such as digital cameras, set-top boxes, integrated digital televisions, and DVD recordable and 802.1x devices.
