The device combines an active doubler with an output buffer amplifier and provides an ideal solution for a variety of applications, including microwave, point-to-point radio, Vsat and satellite communications.
'This broadband device provides a cost-effective and highly configurable solution for the LO chain in multiple transceiver applications', stated Paul Beasly, Product Manager, Mimix Broadband.
'The inherently low phase noise of the HBT technology maintains the advantage offered by using a lower frequency oscillator/multiplier cascade, and offering the device in a standard QFN plastic package with single, positive bias supply makes the device easy to implement and handle in volume applications'.
Production quantities are available today from stock.
