A tiny 5MHz operational amplifier with rail-to-rail output, that consumes one-tenth the power and occupies half the space of competing devices is now available from Micrel Semiconductor The MIC820 provides a 5MHz, -3dB bandwidth while consuming a remarkably low 22uA supply current
