The new BK-2658 and BK-2650 are compact, lightweight and inexpensive handheld spectrum analysers

The new BK-2658 and BK-2650 are compact, lightweight and inexpensive handheld spectrum analysers available now from Metrix Electronics. The BK-2658 covers up to 8.5GHz and is designed for use with the newer wireless signals, such as GPS, 802.11a, 3G, ultrawideband and WiMAX. While the BK-2650 covers up to 3.3GHz for testing GSM, CDMA, 80211b and 802.11g wireless LAN, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth systems.

Both models feature auto-tuning and auto-range operation, and offer similar measurements, including; channel and adjacent channel power, occupied bandwidth, electric field strength (with optional dipole antennas) and magnetic field strength (with optional probe).

Setups and measurements can be saved, downloaded or hard copy printed (with optional printer).
