The devices include a logic circuit to prevent internal shoot-through current during output-state change.
They are available with either CMOS or TTL logic-level inputs.
The MAX15024 and MAX15025 are fully specified over the -40 to +125C automotive temperature range.
They are available in 3 x 3mm 10-pin TDFN packages with exposed pads that are capable of dissipating up to 2W at +70C ambient temperature.
