New from Maxim Integrated Products, the MAX8727 is a boost convertor that provides the high-voltage analogue supply for dot inversion active matrix LCD (AMLCD) supplies. High-performance current mode, fixed frequency, pulsewidth-modulation circuitry with built-in N-channel MOSFET provides a highly efficient regulator with fast response.
