Both devices are available in small (5 x 5mm), ultrathin (0.8mm), 32-pin QFN packages and are specified over the -40 to +85C temperature range.
Prices start at $1.90 for the MAX1530 and $2.20 for the MAX1531 (1000-up, FOB USA).
An evaluation kit is available to speed designs.
