Maxwell Technologies will issue its financial results news release for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending 31 December 2009 at 4pm (EST) on 18 February 2010.
Management will conduct a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss fourth quarter and year-end results.
The future outlook of the company will then be discussed one hour later at 5pm.
The news release will be distributed by wire and posted simultaneously on the Maxwell's website at 4pm on 18 February.
