Starring in a range of high-intensity white LEDs from OptoSource are the 110147 series 3 and 5mm devices
Available in through hole and SMT format, the devices have a luminous intensity of 5600mcd and are offered in wide viewing angle versions. With an operating temperature range of -30 to +85C and a typical power dissipation of 120mW, the units offer a very attractive solution for users who require high-brightness white indicators.
