Master Bond has developed a new two-component epoxy system featuring high thermal stability, high thermal conductivity, superior electrical insulation properties and outstanding dimensional stability.
Called EP121AO-1 this compound offers excellent long term durability and chemical resistance even when exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
It has a service operating temperature range of up to 250-260C for limited time periods and 200-230C for prolonged exposures.
EP121AO-1 is a medium viscosity liquid.
It has a 100 to 80 mix ratio by weight and a versatile cure schedule at elevated temperatures.
Adhesion to metallic and nonmetallic surfaces is excellent.
Master Bond EP121AO-1 is available in half-pint, pint, quart, gallon, and 5 gallon pail kits.
