LynuxWorks has appointed Scandinavian Embedded Solutions and Engineering (SESE) to be its distributor in Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. SESE will sell, support and provide both engineering and training services for all LynuxWorks products including BlueCat Linux, BlueCat RT, LynxOS and LynuxWorks' recently launched JumpStart packages. "We are very pleased to have been selected to represent LynuxWorks as this enables us to offer our customers the choice of a full range of field-proven, binary-compatible, embedded operating systems, from BlueCat Embedded Linux through to the hard real-time LynxOS, and industry leading tools and technical support", said Jan Brandberg, CEO of SESE.

Brandberg, who founded SESE in June of this year, has over 14 years of experience in the embedded systems market space, including a position as sales manager for LynuxWorks.

Commenting on the appointment, Gerry Winckler, Managing Director of LynuxWorks Europe said, "To support the continued growth in embedded systems, especially in embedded Linux, we need to consistently deliver the best engineering and support.

I know that Jan and his team at SESE can do this and will use their experience and knowledge of the embedded space to deliver excellent service to our customers in the Scandinavian region".
