Web-based OS support cuts bottlenecks
LynuxWorks has boosted its customer support system through the implementation of web-based support
The online enhancement is included in all support packages, offers expanded hours of customer support, and access to an online database for customers and OEMs developing and supporting products based on LynuxWorks embedded software. LynuxWorks provides global technical support from five centres located in San Jose, Dallas, Paris, Tokyo and Moscow.

The new online support services extend and enhance current capabilities by offering: 24-hour online resources; self-help through a natural language search knowledge database; the ability to submit, track and monitor requests; auto patch notification and downloadable patches; and online documentation.
The sophisticated web interface will make technical support more convenient and easier to use, underscoring LynuxWorks' commitment to customer satisfaction.
Using the natural language search capabilities, customers can easily sift through the knowledge database to find immediate answers to their queries.
