ADC claims exceptional AC specifications

Serial-interface 14bit ADC combines high speed, low power and a small package for portable applications such as comms, medical instrumentation and data acquisition.

Available now from Linear Technology, the LTC2356-14 is a 14bit analogue-to-digital convertor (ADC) that communicates via an SPI-compatible serial interface at output rates up to 3.5Msample/s The LTC2356-14 operates from a single 3.3V supply, draws only 18mW at the maximum conversion rate, and is housed in a tiny 10-pin MSOP
