Krayden is offering a line of Dow Corning products for LED lighting manufacturers, including LED protection and assembly products, LED packaging products, and LED thermal management.
Dow Corning's comprehensive products for LED assembly include optical-grade silicone encapsulants, adhesives, sealants and conformal coatings.
These formulations are designed to deliver purity, physical protection and thermal control across the entire spectrum of LED applications, from chip-level materials to environmental protection for outdoor applications operating at temperatures of -40 to 180C.
Silicone products offer good compatibility with standard LED substrates and processing techniques.
