Kontron has acquired Dolch Computer Systems for an undisclosed cash amount
Kontron has acquired Dolch Computer Systems for an undisclosed cash amount from Siegel-Robert. A leading developer of ruggedised computers and flat panel displays for harsh environment applications, Dolch will assume the Kontron name and operate as a business unit of Kontron America. 'We are very excited to have Dolch Computer Systems join the Kontron group', said Thomas Sparrvik, President and CEO of Kontron America.
