The APD 1, 7 and 51-way connectors utilise high-grade PBT for the connector housings and copper alloy contacts.

The product series is RoHS-compliant.

Secure connector coupling is assured with bayonet mating and secondary contact locking, while mechanical and colour-coding make assembly faster and easier.

The APD 1, 7 and 51-way product range is available in 1, 2 power and 7-51 signal contact versions.

Technical specifications include maximum current per contact of 70A and an IP rating of up to IP69K - on demand IP68.

Contacts are available in either tin or gold-plated and can be stamped and formed or machined for PCB application.

Useable wire sizes range from 0.25mm to 50mm.

The APD 1, 7 and 51-way range has been designed to meet all DIN 72585 requirements.
