InTime Software has appointed Jeff Goldman and Michael Whalen as Senior Sales Directors. Both have experience selling and marketing electronic design automation (EDA) software and hardware solutions and other technical software. They report to Robert P Smith, InTime's President and Chief Executive Officer, and are responsible for developing the sales strategy for deploying InTime's RTA software.
"InTime's Time Director is quickly building support from chip designers because of its fast turnaround in generating RTL timing reports", remarks Smith.
"This enthusiasm convinced Jeff and Mike to join the team.
We welcome them and value their expertise in sales, marketing and business development".
Goldman has more than eight years of intellectual property (IP)-based sales and business development and 12 years of EDA sales experience.

From 1982 to 1991, Goldman worked at Teradyne, where he worked as an applications engineer, product manager and sales engineer for the board test products.
Whalen, who has more than 14 years experience, joins InTime from Innologic Systems, now part of Synopsys, where he served as Vice President of Eastern United States and European sales from 2001-2003.
He worked for Segue Software, Ikos Systems, now part of Mentor Graphics Corp, and Quickturn Systems, now part of Cadence.
Early in his career, Whalen was a senior member of the engineering staff at Xerox Corp and was a lecturer in the Electrical Engineering/Computer Science Department at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
