Semiconductor laser developer Intense has signed a distribution agreement with Cornes Dodwell, an OEM distributor of electronic components based in Japan. The agreement enables Cornes Dodwell to distribute Intense's high-power laser diodes and individually addressable laser arrays to Japanese manufacturers who require sophisticated electro-optical components.
Under the terms of the agreement, Cornes Dodwell will represent Intense's portfolio of high density, single and multimode monolithic laser-array products and high-power laser diodes across all market segments, including print and imaging, defense, display, and medical devices.
