In2tec can now incorporate Duraswitch's Magna Mouse technology into membrane designs. This means that it is now even cheaper and easier to add mouse interfacing for front panels. Duraswitch is an American company that has developed a magnetically assisted switching technology that offers a number of benefits over more conventional approaches, and which is ideally suited to front panel design applications.

The main advantage is that mouse interface devices can be made very thin and lightweight, ideally suiting the Duraswitch technology to membrane front panel applications.

Tactile, rotary and slider switches are among the styles that can be built.

Other key benefits include extreme durability and reliability, plus the ability to seal units for use in harsh environments.

Switches can also be illuminated.

In2tec holds the exclusive UK rights to incorporate Duraswitch technology into its front panel products.
