Power controllers have broadband targets
Two new controllers are optimised for producing system supply voltages required for a wide variety of broadband gateway and general purpose product applications
Intersil has released two new high-performance, triple-output controllers optimised for converting wall adapter, battery or network intermediate bus DC input supplies into the system supply voltages required for a wide variety of broadband gateway and general purpose product applications. The ISL6441 and ISL6443 are high-efficiency, cost-competitive, three-in-one PWM solutions for providing two synchronous buck-regulated voltage outputs and a linear controller output.
The ISL6441 and ISL6443 are each available now in standard lead finish and Pb-free, in 28-lead thermally enhanced, 5 x 5mm QFN packages.
The suggested price in 10,000 unit quantities is $1.60 for each IC.
