optimise bandwith/power ratio
Four new current feedback amplifiers in SC-70 packages have been added to Intersil's rapidly expanding high-speed operational amplifier portfolio
The Elantec EL516X family includes the EL5167, featuring 1.4GHz bandwidth and 6000V/us slew rate and the EL5165, a 600MHz bandwidth amplifier with 4000V/us slew rate. Also introduced: the EL5163, with 500MHz bandwidth and 4000V/us slew rate; and the EL5161, featuring 200MHz bandwidth and 1700V/us slew rate.

Applications for these new products include battery-powered equipment such as: handheld, portable devices; video amplifiers; cable drivers; RGB amplifiers; test and instrumentation equipment; and current-to-voltage convertors.
