Buffers offer redundant clocking
Integrated Device Technology has a new family of industry leading LVDS fanout buffers
Integrated Device Technology has a new family of industry leading, low-voltage differential signalling (LVDS) fanout buffers. The IDT LVDS fanout buffer product family is the first in the industry to include fanout buffers that offer redundant clocking with glitchless switchover. This functionality provides controlled switchover to the backup clock without generating glitches that can cause system failures - a key capability to ensure increased system reliability in high-performance communications applications such as routers and access equipment.
