Presentation focuses on
key manufacturing defects
Chris Anglin of Indium Corp will be the presenter at the Empire New York SMTA Chapter Meeting on 23rd March 2005 at RIT
He will speak on the key manufacturing defects associated with Pb-free assembly and the methods to prevent them. Key Pb-free joint reliability topics will be discussed, including: Sn whisker formation/elimination, Ag3Sn platelet formation, and more. Representatives from several equipment, tooling, and materials lines will also be at the meeting to supply information and answer questions.
